We collect information from several sources depending on how you use FlakyRabbit.
1.1 Information You Provide
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- name;
- email address;
- account credentials;
- organization or company information;
- job title or professional information;
- account preferences;
- campaign information;
- prospect lists or business information you upload;
- content, instructions, prompts, templates, and other materials submitted to the service;
- communications with us;
- support requests; and
- other information you choose to provide.
Passwords are not intended to be stored by FlakyRabbit in plaintext.
2. Information From Connected Services
FlakyRabbit may allow you to connect third-party services such as LinkedIn, Google, CRM systems, email services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, or other business applications.
When you authorize a connection, we may receive information permitted by the authorization you grant and by the third-party platform.
The information available to FlakyRabbit depends on:
- the service you connect;
- the permissions you approve;
- the APIs made available by that service;
- your account and privacy settings with that service; and
- applicable platform policies.
We do not request your third-party account password when OAuth or another platform-authorized authentication mechanism is available.
You can disconnect supported integrations through FlakyRabbit, the relevant provider's settings, or both, as applicable.
3. LinkedIn Data
FlakyRabbit may integrate with LinkedIn through LinkedIn-authorized APIs and authorization mechanisms.
Where LinkedIn integration is available and you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, FlakyRabbit will request only the permissions necessary for the functionality being provided.
Depending on the LinkedIn products and permissions actually approved for FlakyRabbit, information accessible through LinkedIn APIs may include authorized account identifiers, basic profile or organization information, advertising or campaign information, analytics, or other information expressly made available through the approved LinkedIn API product.
FlakyRabbit will use information received through LinkedIn APIs only for functionality authorized by the user and permitted by the applicable LinkedIn API terms and approved permissions.
FlakyRabbit does not ask users to provide their LinkedIn password.
FlakyRabbit does not claim ownership of information obtained from LinkedIn.
LinkedIn information remains subject to LinkedIn's applicable terms and policies.

We seek to limit information sent to service providers to information reasonably necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or publishing it where human review is appropriate.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Where LinkedIn's applicable terms impose a shorter retention period or require deletion, those requirements take precedence for information received through LinkedIn APIs.
LinkedIn-derived information that is permitted to be stored must be maintained in a manner that allows it to be identified and deleted where required.
9. OAuth Tokens and Connected Accounts
When you connect a supported third-party account, FlakyRabbit may receive OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, or similar authorization credentials.
Where stored, these credentials are treated as sensitive information and are protected using appropriate technical safeguards.
FlakyRabbit uses these credentials only to provide the connected functionality authorized by the user.
Users may revoke third-party access through the relevant third-party service and, where available, through FlakyRabbit.
Revocation may prevent some FlakyRabbit features from continuing to operate.
10. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their FlakyRabbit account and associated personal information.
For information obtained through LinkedIn APIs, FlakyRabbit will delete applicable LinkedIn information, including applicable member identifiers and authorization tokens, when required following:
- a valid user deletion request;
- closure of the user's FlakyRabbit account;
- withdrawal or revocation of applicable authorization where deletion is required;
- termination of applicable LinkedIn API access; or
- another circumstance in which LinkedIn's applicable terms require deletion,
except where retention is required by applicable law.
Deletion requests may also be submitted using the contact details in Section 21 (Contact Us). We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. Withdrawing LinkedIn Authorization
Users may withdraw FlakyRabbit's access to their LinkedIn account through applicable LinkedIn account settings and through FlakyRabbit where disconnect functionality is available.
Following revocation, FlakyRabbit will cease using the revoked authorization to request additional LinkedIn information.
Information previously received will be deleted when required by LinkedIn's applicable terms or applicable law.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include:
- encryption in transit;
- encryption or equivalent protections for sensitive stored information where appropriate;
- access controls;
- authentication controls;
- secret-management practices;
- monitoring and logging;
- security testing;
- restricted access to production systems; and
- incident-response procedures.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

FlakyRabbit may use analytics technologies to understand how the service is used, diagnose problems, improve performance, and develop features.
Analytics information may include:
- device and browser information;
- pages or features accessed;
- approximate geographic information derived from network information;
- referral information;
- interaction events;
- performance information; and
- diagnostic information.
We do not represent analytics information as LinkedIn data merely because a user has connected LinkedIn.
15. International Processing
FlakyRabbit and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where the user resides.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
16. Your Privacy Rights

FlakyRabbit integrates with services operated by third parties.
Those services maintain their own privacy policies and terms.

19. LinkedIn
LinkedIn is a third-party service operated independently from FlakyRabbit.
FlakyRabbit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn's own terms, privacy policy, and applicable developer policies.
